March 23, 2005 - "Back in February, the Backstreet Boys had their photoshoot for the new
album. The shoot took place somewhere in the desert. It is not known yet if this is the album cover, the Incomplete single
cover, or just one of many soon-to-come photos. The photos are below just click to enlarge them.

March 23, 2005 - Nick is reportedly blaming ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton for his recent drunken driving arrest.
"He still hasn't got over her. He begged her to get back together but she wanted to continue playing the field," a friend
said. While the heiress was playing the field, Carter was allegedly hitting the bottle.
March 23, 2005 - MTV News reports that the new Backstreet Boys single 'Incomplete' will go
to radio in two weeks, though some stations have already played leaked versions.
March 23, 2005 - Craig Ferguson joked during his Late Late Show monologue on Monday night,
"Backstreet Boy Nick Carter was arrested for a DUI. Shooking, isn't it? Rock stars being arrested for being drunk? Police
say he was so drunk he couldn't lip-synch the alphabet."
March 15, 2005 -MORE ON NICK'S ARREST
As I reported a few days ago Nick was arrested last weekend in Huntington Beach
for alleged drunken driving, police said. "The officer that stopped him noticed some traffic violation was occurring," police
Lt. Dave Bunetta said. "When he was contacted by the officers they conducted an investigation which would include field sobriety
tests and they formed the opinion he was under the influence."
March 9, 2005-The Carter Family Compound in Marathon, Florida appears to be for sale listed

MARCH 7--NICK BUSTED, he was arrested Saturday night on a
drunk driving charge. According to Huntington Beach, California cops, the singer was pulled over at about 7:30 PM for a traffic
violation and was determined to be drunk during questioning by police. After failing a field sobriety test, Carter was booked
into the Huntington Beach City Jail (where the below mug shot was snapped) and released after four hours in custody. Carter
was issued a citation and, according to a police spokesman, officers are determining whether to file additional charges against
the performer. Nick is scheduled to join the rest of the group in New York on March 21 as they kick off the

February 28, 2005 - The Backstreet Boys are set to
return with a new Jive album in June preceded by a single in March, and hope listeners will give them a chance. "That's the
first thing we thought about when we started making the record," Howie Dorough told Billboard. "That's why we said we weren't
going to give ourselves a time limit. We wanted to make sure this album would give us a shot again to be around for the long
haul so people will realize that we're not, hopefully, a flash in the pan in their eyes."
January 31, 2005 - The New York Post has obtained several love letters
from Paris Hilton written to her then boyfriend Nick Carter of the Backstreet Boys. One card signed, "Paris, AKA Le Bean,"
wishes Carter a happy birthday (which falls on Jan. 28), and states: "I don't want you to ever worry because I would never
[bleep] this up for anything in the world. It's been really hard for me these past couple of months and I'm so happy I found
you. You are the [bleep] and I love you to death."
January 17, 2005 - elghato writes "The February issue of InRock Magazine has photos of the
Backstreet Boys in the recording studio. All group members are present, as is Brian Littrell's son Baylee.Check out photos

January 17, 2005 - elghato writes "VH1's series 'Behind The Music' is kicking off a new season
with the Backstreet Boys. Over the last year, several fans have been contacted by VH1 personnel in need of BSB footage for
the show. Now, those fans will get to see the final product. According to TV Guide, the episode will air on January 22nd.
January 17, 2005 - "The Backstreet Boys are featured in the January 2005 edition of InRock Magazine. The issue has photos
of the group from when they embarked on a pre-album release world tour late last year in countries like Mexico, China, and

November 29, 2004 - In Touch magazine reports that Nicky Hilton
wants to launch a music career and is seeking help from her sister Paris' ex-boyfriend Nick Carter. The Backstreet Boys star
gave Nicky some advise and agreed to record a duet with her. A source revealed, "She hasn't told Paris yet because she doesn't
know how she'll react. But she's taking Nick up on the offer."
November 22, 2004 -Nick and AJand were on hand for the MTV Europe Music Awards 2004
on Thursday (November 18) at Tor di Valle in Rome, Italy.
November 15, 2004 - USA Today music writer Ken Barnes took part
in an online chat with readers on Tuesday and was asked if he had news on the status of the Backstreet Boys' new album. "Sorry
to say, the news would be that anybody was still interested," he responded. "I know they still have fans (I'm kind of one,
or at least I think that 'I Want It That Way' is a great record and the absolute pinnacle of the boy-band era), but it's just
too late."
November 15, 2004 - "People magazine reports that Nick Carter from
the Backstreet Boys recently covered his "Paris" tattoo with a skull and cross bones; he got it done in Marathon, Florida.
November 15, 2004 - Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter spoke with
People magazine about what went wrong in his relationship with Paris Hilton. "Our relationship totally was based on distrust,"
he admitted. "She didn't trust me. I didn't trust her... I just want everybody to know that I'm single and ready to have fun
again. I'm a wild and crazy guy." Still, even after the breakup, the singer seemed content with his Paris tattoo. "No, (I
don't regret the tattoo) because I love (Paris)," he said. "She'll have a place in my heart always."
